ZilWest Cleaning Ltd provides short-term rental and villa turnover cleaning in Flic en Flac and the west coast. This is a small service team: the company says two cleaners can complete a turnover for a property of up to three bedrooms in about 2.5 hours within a usual four-hour checkout-to-check-in window.
A turnover includes cleaning, a fresh linen and towel swap, bathroom sanitising, a kitchen reset and dated photo proof. The team brings its own cleaning supplies. Listed areas are Flic en Flac, Wolmar, Cascavelle and La Preneuse; Tamarin and Black River are by request and may include a distance surcharge. Communication is available in English and French.
Published rates per clean: MUR 1,500 for a studio or one bedroom, MUR 2,000 for two bedrooms and MUR 2,800 for three bedrooms. Deep cleaning is listed at +50%; restocking is charged at cost +20%. Same-day rebooking is MUR 500. Contact the team to confirm dates, scope and any applicable charges. This service is designed for holiday-rental hosts and managers, not general one-off home cleaning.
