Take a Hike (easy, 2.3–6.1 km / 1–4 h) includes self-guided trails, a guided 300 m raised Flycatcher Walk through ebony, the natural-history museum and wildlife film (EN 6 min/FR 8 min). Hourly guided tours: 09:30–16:00; no booking needed (groups should contact ahead). Closes 17:00; arrive before 14:30. Parking; no picnics; snacks/drinks sold on site.
