La Vanille Nature Park is a shaded wildlife park in Rivière des Anguilles, southern Mauritius. Allow 2–3 hours for its trails, animal habitats and educational museums. Feedings are scheduled; optional animal encounters can be booked ahead and cost extra.
Hours: daily 09:00–17:00, including public holidays; closed 25 December and 1 January. Arrive before 15:00 for a full visit. Free on-site parking.
Entry tickets (MUR; checked 25 September 2026):
- Resident adult: Rs 450
- Resident child, 3–12: Rs 295
- Non-resident adult: Rs 975
- Non-resident child, 3–12: Rs 685
Animal encounters are extra; check price and availability when booking. Respect habitat boundaries and staff instructions, do not bring food to feed animals, supervise children and avoid flash in restricted zones. Check the official visit page before travelling for current details.
