Constance Prince Maurice is recruiting a full-time Chef de Rang (head waiter) for its Food & Beverage team in Flacq. The role coordinates restaurant service, leads and supports waiters, handles guest relations, works with the kitchen, maintains food-safety standards and monitors stock.
The employer lists monthly compensation of MUR 22,000–24,000. Applicants should have a hospitality diploma or degree, 3–5 years in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel, supervisory experience, strong guest-service and team-leadership skills, food-safety credentials, English fluency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
