Visitors can try Chinese and Sino-Mauritian food and enjoy lion and dragon dances, martial arts demonstrations, music, dance and calligraphy. The area around Royal Street is closed to car traffic during the event, so plan to arrive on foot from parking outside Chinatown.
Entry is free: no ticket or registration is required. Food and drinks are paid separately at stalls, restaurants and shops. The detailed programme may change, so check the source before travelling.
