Sunlife is recruiting a Cost Controller for Long Beach Hotel in Belle Mare. This is a full-time position.
Main duties include analysing food and beverage costs, recipe costing, sales and related reports; carrying out spot checks in stores, kitchens and outlets; taking part in inventories and checking supplier invoices; preparing month-end reports; and identifying savings opportunities and deviations from procedures.
Requirements: a High School Certificate (HSC) and at least two years of related experience in management, finance or accounting. Excel and IT knowledge is an advantage. The employer seeks a self-motivated team player with leadership skills who can work under pressure.
